U.S Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., is worried that "there is probably nothing we can do in time" to save Santa's workshop from the effects of "global warming."
"Dear Santa Claus," Menendez writes in a letter published in the left-leaning Huffington Post, "I am writing out of concern, because you may have to move from the North Pole due to the dramatic melting of Arctic sea ice."

"I'm supportive of the EPA power, and I think we have the votes to sustain it," New Jersey's Star-Ledger reports Menendez affirming, "but it will be close."
